If you want to check out the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach but haven’t yet bought tickets, there’s some bad news — your options are dwindling.
The Grand Prix Association of Long Beach announced on Saturday, April 20, that reserved seats have sold out.
This is the second year in a row reserved seats have sold out, the association said.
That’s not entirely surprising, though, since last year’s Grand Prix set a record with more than 192,000 people attending. Jim Michaelian, the president and CEO of the association, said previously that 2024 ticket sales were trending toward matching or exceeding last year’s numbers.
“If (the weather is good),” Michaelian said, “I think we can either match or exceed the numbers that we did last year.”
General admisson tickets cost $82 for Saturday and $87 for Sunday.
